The Tea Store is a turn-of-the-century character warehouse, originally used for storing imported tea. The old brick walls and wooden floors were preserved in the 1999 renovation, and together with the galvanised steel stairs and walkways they give these apartments a distinctive urban, New York character. Modern features include earthquake strengthening, double glazing and an indoor garden and water feature. The 20 unit-titled apartments range from 80 square metres to 220 square metres, and most have basement parking.
